INVICTUS — ONE
Last updated September 20, 2026
ONE Network
Invictus is building ONE Network and its native coin, ONE. The ecosystem brings ONE Wallet, internal messaging, and Invictus apps into one home.
The current Core prototype produces signed blocks and validates signed transfers. It runs on one computer and has not completed a funded public mainnet launch. A publicly accessible dashboard does not make it an independently operated network.
Supply: 1 trillion ONE
The fixed launch supply is 1,000,000,000,000 ONE, issued entirely at genesis on the future launched network. There is no additional block issuance or issuance halving under this policy. The current unfunded Core ledger remains separate until launch is configured.
| Allocation | Share | ONE |
|---|---|---|
| Private | 51% | 510,000,000,000 |
| Public | 47.9% | 479,000,000,000 |
| Merchant | 1% | 10,000,000,000 |
| Untouched | 0.1% | 1,000,000,000 |
Private, public, and merchant allocations require designated Core receive addresses. The untouched allocation is intended to be unspendable by chain rule. Naming a wallet does not allocate funds. The new allocation policy must be configured and checked before funded genesis is created.
ONE Wallet
ONE Wallet uses Invictus Account email or username sign-in. Core wallets are created or restored locally from encrypted backups. Each Core address begins onecore1. Account authentication never unlocks a wallet, and wallet passwords and private keys are not sent to the server.
Core backups use their own password and must be saved by the owner. They are not included in old cloud-wallet backups. An imported Core backup preserves its receive address. There is no automatic conversion of assets from another chain.
Transfers and spread
Core checks the signature, sender, recipient, network fingerprint, nonce, and balance before accepting a transfer. Current Core transfers charge no fee. A 1% trading spread is planned; a trading venue, liquidity, and spread collection have not launched.
Invictus apps
ONE Casino uses play credits only: no deposits, withdrawals, cash value, or ONE wagering. Internal Mail uses name@invictus addresses when its backend is configured. Those addresses are not internet email addresses; external email delivery is not implemented.
Before launch
Outstanding work includes verified allocation addresses, the funded-genesis configuration, independently operated nodes and consensus, failure recovery, and review of the network and wallet. Bridges, staking payouts, decentralized governance, and trading are not active. Native ONE does not have a token contract address on another chain.
Ownership and transparency
Owners authorize their transfers. Supply and observed network activity are displayed separately from plans. No return, price, liquidity, or availability is guaranteed.
